Smoked Gouda Short Rib Mac & Cheese

Seared with salt & pepper, and braised with red wine, our boneless short ribs are then sauteed in garlic butter with spinach, mushrooms, and arugula. Finished in a smoked Gouda cheese cream sauce and tossed with cavatappi pasta.
