Pulled pork slowly braised with a dry barbeque rub, chopped garlic & Smithwick’s Ale, finished in a homemade barbecue sauce & served on a fresh baked hard roll with sautéed onions, hickory bacon & cheddar cheese.
Served with a side of fries and cole slaw.
