Oven baked with Crab claw meat herb seasoned panko bread crumbs, our fresh Salmon fillets are drizzled with a classic mornay sauce presented with a timbale of wild rice and chef’s vegetable du jour. 29

Maple BBQ Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop
A fresh bone-in Pork Chop grilled to your liking, brushed with a maple barbecue vinaigrette and served with sweet potato fries and seasoned vegetables. 22
