Fresh Chicken Breast strips sauteed in garlic butter with fresh sweet bell peppers, sliced mushrooms and a pinch of salt and pepper; tossed with cavatappi in our parmesan and romano cheese cream sauce with crumbled hickory bacon, topped with seasoned bread crumbs and garlic toast points.

Baked Amaretto Dill Tilapia

Oven baked in butter & white wine, our hand cut tilapia fillets are drizzled with an amaretto and fresh dill cream sauce; served on a bed of wild rice with an array of fresh garden vegetables.

Grilled Six Pepper Pork Chop

Our eight ounce, French cut Pork Chop rubbed with a bold six pepper spice blend, grilled over an open flame, presented with smashed red bliss potatoes, a crisp black bean and corn relish and a fresh steamed vegetable medley.
