Code Blue Saratoga, a program of Shelters of Saratoga, provides temporary unrestricted shelter to individuals who are homeless during periods of hazardous winter weather including sleeping accommodations, meals, and essential supplies. Code Blue protocols are in place from November 15 to March 15. Hazardous winter weather is defined as 12 inches or more of snow and/or a temperature of 32 degrees (to include wind chill factor) or less.
